Sculptural Staircase
Penthouse in Mumbai, Completed in May 2025

The objective of the stair design was to become more than just a liminal space, this staircase facilitated as a sculpture and the centre piece of the house.
Timber staircase made to look like they jut out from the walls in a cave like formation.
Technical drawings as layers of tracing sheets with the plan of each stair layered on top of each other to communicate the exact as well as relative measurements on site for construction.
